When you purchase or request a trial of our products from Atlassian Corporation Plc ("Atlassian") via Atlassian Marketplace, we receive the following information from Atlassian regarding your transaction: the Fangwai product, license size and support duration, the Atlassian-issued invoice number and unique license identifier (Atlassian Support Entitlement Number, or "SEN"), your name, organization name and contact details (including physical address, email addresses and phone numbers), and the name and contact details of any reseller who assisted you with the transaction. The information Atlassian shares with us is limited to that information you or your reseller provided when initiating the product purchase or trial.

We use the personal information associated with your product purchase or trial to provide you with product support that you initiate, notify you of new product releases, alert you to critical product security issues, offer tips on making best use of the product, and notify you of associated Fangwai products, services and events.

When You Use Our Products

Fangwai products are downloaded and installed by you onto computing devices that you own, manage or control. Our products do not initiate contact with or collect and transmit any data to Fangwai or to any third-party.
